At two international events dedicated to banking innovation, the first focusing on ATMs and the second on the customer experience, Auriga will showcase its latest technology to empower the #NEXTGENBANK and will participate in the programme of conferences
In May, London will host two industry events for the banking industry. With in-depth discussions about technology and innovation, the events bring together a large audience of professionals in the sector, along with numerous speakers and international specialists. The first event, Self-Service Banking Europe, organized by the British Retail Banking Research (RBR) Institute, will host more than 600 professionals from around the world, representing banks, independent distributors, payment services, hardware and software companies, and other service providers. The second event, Channels & Customer Experience Forum (CCX), organized by the European Financial Management Association (EFMA), brings together financial and technology innovators to promote dialogue and the exchange of ideas on innovation in the banking sector, and how banks can offer a cutting-edge client experience that fully exploits technology and digital channels.
With presentations and technology demos at each event, Auriga will continue to demonstrate why it is the ideal partner to accompany banks on their journey of innovation. A forward-looking attitude — with new banking models and staying on top of upcoming technological trends — together with the ability to personalize solutions in response to each bank, allows us to power the new generation of banking.
Auriga will also be launching its WWS Asset Management module, which will enrich its WinWebServer (WWS) suite. This tool, capable of optimizing the whole life cycle of assets in a bank, including those for end customer services (ATMs, ASDs, kiosks, tablets, digital signage and PDUs), enables in-depth analysis of each devices’ characteristics and status, this can generate significant economic and operational advantages for banks. Addtionally, Auriga’s new solution enables predictive evaluation of maintenance requirements, generating insight which allows banks to identify the most effective implementation of contracts and Service Level Agreements. Attendees at the Channels & Customer Experience Forum will be able to test Auriga’s stand WWS Customer Management solution, which powers a better branch experience for customers.
The Conference Programme
