The ATM innovation trade show will be held on 13-14 June at the Lancaster London Hotel, celebrating 50 years of ATMs.
ATM & Cash Innovation Europe is a new event dedicated to innovation of ATMs and self-banking devices, organised by the ATM Industry Association (ATMIA) , which is celebrating its 20th anniversary.
Hundreds of representatives from the world of banking will take part in this event, which promises a number of interesting presentations and discussions. The focus will be on digital transformation and the main trends in the industry, looking at recent innovations such as advances in biometric recognition, as well as case histories of how bank have innovated in their branch operations. This trade show will be a great opportunity to share and get updates, as well as discover the latest solutions for ATMs and self-banking in the exhibition area. Auriga’s focus will be on the blurring of the line between physical and digital, what this means for banks and how they can use technology to serve people, whether customers or advisers, to guarantee an ever more personalised experience.
Our booth (11-12) will present our advanced software programs for the seamless management of all physical and digital channels, as well as the new WWS Business Analytics Management (WWS BAM) module of the WinWebServer (WWS) suite. WWS BAM is designed to leverage the value of a bank’s Big Data by analysing and monitoring all services provided by the bank. It has become essential to be able to extract, collect and process data from all retail channels used by customers, to turn it into valuable information. This can then be used to identify trends and segmentations and define the best market strategies.
In the main conference programme, Auriga will be talking , alongside UBI Banca , in the Software Innovation session, in a talk entitled “ Leveraging cash automation and technology for a new branch experience ” on Wednesday 14 June at 11:30 . After a brief introduction by David Smith, Auriga’s International Business Development and Partner Manager, Matteo Baido, Head of IT Innovation at UBI Banca, will discuss branch transformation, current projects and technology applied to banking service automation as a tool for enhancing customer experience.
We look forward to seeing you at our stand (11-12) on June 13th and 14th at the London Lancaster Hotel.
