So, it is great to win an accolade from the ATM Industry Association (ATMIA) for our work on communicating the future of cash management in a thought leadership marketing campaign.
Auriga was a runner up for a prestigious ATMmys marketing award for the Cash Promotion category with “The Future of Banking: Streamlined Cash Management for ATMs” article.
The ATMmys are the only marketing awards for the ATM Industry that recognize the hard work and innovative advertising being produced for our industry.
The ATMIA, which presented the award at their conference in Las Vegas this month, ranked the campaign for its success in advocating for how banks can evolve cash management to deliver cost efficiencies while supporting goals of improved customer experience.
The campaign centred around an original article written for the global banking and finance industry publication Finance Derivative. In this article, we explored the crucial role of modernising cash management systems to maintain free access to cash while reducing the operational costs for banks and ATM operators. This balancing act must be done in response to the dual challenges of decreasing cash usage and escalating labour costs associated with cash handling. The article sets out a path for banks to follow in how they improve their cash management processes and operations.
