Auriga will be attending the MoneyLIVE Building Societies conference alongside leading banks and experts from across the industry on 20th September in Birmingham (The Studio, 7 Cannon) to supercharge collaboration for building societies. There will be over 100 attendees who will be exploring themes such as: operational resilience, data insights, and effective business models.
With over 30 years’ expertise in the IT banking industry, Auriga has developed advanced self-service technologies to build new, digital, remote, streamlined, customer-oriented branch models. Our experts will showcase Auriga’s #NextGenBranch proposition of cutting-edge banking software solutions, which will assist in maintaining access to banking services and cash for communities.
Recently, we read about further 13 locations in the UK being earmarked for shared banking hubs, in areas where the last branch has closed, but more could be done. The use of advanced, digital self-service technologies could provide real and regular access not just to cash, but to a range of financial services and advice, even 24/7. This can support a hub and spoke model that ensures services are deployed at a lower cost, more functional, and more available.
The Bank4Me module is designed to answer the need for more sophisticated customer care using audio and video banking channels on any self-service terminal and in fully automated remote branches, through a digital video terminal within a private area of the branch. This approach is already being deployed at the Italian bank, Banca Carige. Their digital DIY banking service shop has contributed to a reduction in running costs of over a third and has the potential to extend service to 24 hours, which typically increases business as well as providing access to all. The in-branch journey is more than design, the bank of the future incorporates behaviour and technology inside the branch to be smarter and better.
Our team will be on hand in the exhibition space to discuss the current challenges facing the building societies industry and advise on how to build a next generation branch model that is digital, multi-service, efficient, and focused on customer relations and needs. Auriga’s specialists can also discuss the next-gen solutions available and how decision makers can apply them to revolutionise the future of in-branch journey.
We look forward to seeing you!
