Auriga is looking forward to this year’s Branch Transformation 2022 (29th – 30th November), the world’s leading conference dedicated to branch design, customer experience, and strategy-driven transformation. Over 350 delegates representing more than 120 organisations from 45 countries will gather at Park Plaza London Riverbank Hotel to showcase cutting-edge solutions, share thought-provoking case studies, and network.
Mark Aldred, Head of International Sales at Auriga, will be discussing “Costs saving or access to banking services? That is (not) the (real) question” in a dedicated conference session on Wednesday 30th November, 9:00 am (GMT) with a moderator of RBR. The focus of the conversation is on finding a solution that does not prioritise one problem over another. Banks must indeed study and analyse the needs of the end user and adopt a technology that addresses all issues.
We also have the honour of inviting Conceição Matos, Transformation Office Leader at Novobanco, the fourth largest Portuguese bank in terms of assets and Auriga’s customer, to join us on stage. Novobanco implemented a new distribution branch model using Auriga’s WinWebServer (WWS) in 2019 on VTMs (Virtual Teller Machines) for greater functional simplicity and to strengthen the bank’s image. At the conference, the WWS suite of solutions will also run on an assisted self-service teller from ATEC AP (Booth D3), a hardware vendor and partner of Auriga.
Self-service plays a crucial role in teller operations, where the value of the relationship is lower; it allows better customer service, enhances the customer service, minimises IT expenditure, and boosts internal efficiency. Branch employees can now focus on customer interactions and listen better to end users’ needs to achieve higher levels of satisfaction.
That’s not all, attendees will be able to experience first-hand Auriga’s Bank4Me desk, a module within Auriga’s #NextGenBranch proposition. Bank4Me is designed to answer the need for more high-level customer care using audio and video banking channels on any self-service terminal, in fully automated remote branches, through a digital video terminal within a private area of the branch. It is already deployed in the new digital banking branches run by Italian retail bank, Banca Carige. This model could be reflected in how UK banks transform rather than trash their branch networks.
As a business, we are committed to creating innovative software and Next Gen Branches that set the benchmark for high quality banking solutions. Auriga will be unveiling IOLE, a virtual assistant integrated with Bank4Me that answers to customers’ requirements, further improving the experience of using digital self-service branch services. Based on Open APIs, it can be easily integrated with other self-service banking channels and third parties service providers enabling a faster time to market for new services and revenue-generating opportunities.
