WWS Customer Management offers powerful tools to build branch customers’ loyalty while WWS Cash Management helps banks manage cash optimally.
The flexibility and modularity that differentiate the WWS Branch software suite are again confirmed with these two new modules – WWS Customer Management and WWS Cash Management . Designed by Auriga to meet two pressing needs of today’s banks, the customer management module supports banks who need to build customers loyalty by offering a wider range of personalised products and services in branch; while the new cash management module helps improve the management of cash to meet customers demands and reduce operational costs.
The WWS Customer Management module makes it easier for a branch to offer customers the services they need, based on their profile and requirements, facilitating operations and making processes smoother. With this solution, customers can use the welcome kiosk to do various operations easily and autonomously, such as making an appointment with a specific branch associate or planning a transaction, and receive a confirmation ticket immediately uploaded to their smartphone or as a paper printout. Customers can also be presented with digital information and promotional material on the bank’s products and services, as well as commercial offers tailored for their profile, while they can keep an eye on the branch window queue status.
The bank also benefits from this system, with greater efficiency resulting from the ability to pinpoint the customers’ needs more readily and to deploy targeted, effective actions, as well as monitoring the workload of the branch staff and the self-service areas.
The WWS Cash Management module is designed to manage the bank’s cash most effectively, improving all issues dealing with cash management, cash handling and security. Fully multivendor and multichannel, WWS Cash Management analyses at least 12 months of records to compute forecasts for every cash point (cash-out/cash-in ATM, multifunction ATM, recycling ATM, ASD, TARM, branch window with TCR).
These forecasts – combined with each cashpoint’s characteristics (physical, insurance, periodical, logistical and legal) – best determine the cash delivery and collection planning within a structured, automated process, which allows for a drastic reduction of costs as well as out-of-service time. In fact, you can expect a reduction in the cost of cash management of 10 to 25%, thanks to features such as real-time monitoring and tracking of cash holdings, lower amounts of cash held at the cashpoints, and overall improved operational efficiency.
