   Access to this site (hereinafter "Site") implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions, governed by the relevant national and EU legislation. Unless otherwise specified, the material published on the Site, the images, graphic layout, distinctive marks, application software, codes and format scripts used for its implementation, and in general any material or service present therein (hereinafter the "Content"), is the property of Auriga S.p.A. (hereinafter "Auriga" or the "Company") and is protected by the rules on copyright and distinctive marks. All rights are reserved. Therefore, the relative content and all its parts cannot be copied, modified, downloaded, transmitted, displayed, distributed to third parties or disseminated by any means, if not otherwise permitted and/or in the absence of express written authorisation from Auriga. 2. COOKIES

Pursuant to the current legislation on privacy and the use of cookies, and more specifically Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 ("Privacy Code") as amended by Italian Legislative Decree 101/2018, Articles 4(11), 7, 12, 13 and 25 of the European General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), and based on the provisions of the Italian Data Protection Authority's General Order of 10 June 2021, below we provide transparent information regarding the use and operation of cookies on this website (hereinafter "Site").

INFORMATION ON COOKIES

Cookies are short text files downloaded to the Visitor's computer when they visit a website. Cookies are used for various purposes, e.g. to allow efficient navigation between pages, to remember favourite sites and, in general, to improve the browsing experience. They also help to ensure that any advertising content displayed online is more targeted to the Visitor and their interests. Depending on the purpose and characteristics of the cookies, the Visitor's consent may be required for their installation on the computer in use.

Based on the legislation on the protection of personal data, cookies can therefore be divided into "technical cookies", for the use of which the user's consent is not required, and "profiling cookies" for promotional purposes, for which the user's consent must be obtained.

In detail:

Technical cookies

This type of cookie is further subdivided into:

• Navigation/session cookies. These are essential cookies to navigate the site and use all its features, such as maintaining the session and accessing restricted areas. They are strictly necessary, as the requested services could not be provided without them. These cookies do not collect information for commercial purposes.
• Analytics cookies. These collect and analyse information on visitors' use of the site (pages visited, number of times accessed, time spent on the site, etc.) to optimise site management. These cookies do not collect information that can identify the user in any way.
• Functionality cookies. These allow the user to browse according to a series of selected criteria (for example the language) in order to provide a better browsing experience. The information collected by this type of cookie is anonymous.

The website works best if technical cookies are enabled; however, you can decide not to allow the use of cookies on your computer by changing your browser's settings. However, please note that if cookies are disabled, some site features may be disabled.

Profiling cookies

Information regarding the user can be collected through cookies, which can be used to send advertising messages in line with their preferences shown when browsing the net (profile).

Due to the impact on the user's private sphere of using these techniques for profiling purposes, the user's consent must be obtained (Article 122 of the Privacy Code).

If cookies are used for these purposes, a specific summary notice (banner) will appear on the site, also indicating how to express consent to the use of profiling cookies, according to the provisions contained in the Italian Data Protection Authority's Order "Identification of simplified methods for providing notices and obtaining consent for the use of cookies – 8 May 2014", as updated by the Italian Data Protection Authority's Order of 10 June 2021. The profiling data is kept for twelve months.

Third-party cookies

When browsing the site, cookies can be installed by other sites accessible from the site but managed by other entities (third parties). In this case, the owner of the site acts only as a technical intermediary between the user and these sites.

Some cookies ("session cookies") remain active only until the browser is closed. Other cookies "survive" when the browser is closed and are also available on the visitor's subsequent visits to the site. These cookies are called "persistent" and their duration is set by the server at the time they are created. In some cases they have an expiry date, in other cases their duration is unlimited.

Auriga does not use persistent cookies. However, when browsing the pages of Auriga websites, you may interact with sites managed by third parties that can create or modify persistent and profiling cookies.

COOKIES USED AND PURPOSES

This site uses only technical cookies, i.e. those essential for navigation and used for the sole purpose of "transmitting a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide this service" (see Article 122(1) of the Privacy Code).

COOKIE MANAGEMENT

It is not mandatory for the Site to acquire consent to the use of technical or analytical cookies similar to technical cookies, according to current legislation on the matter. Therefore, if cookies are not enabled, are disabled and/or are prevented from operating on the device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.), the experience on the Site may be limited or correct navigation on the Site will be impossible and/or it will be impossible to use the services, features or content available therein.

Rights attributed to the data subject

The GDPR and the national legislation in force give the data subject the following exercisable rights in relation to their personal data:

1. receive confirmation of the existence of their personal data and access its content (right of access, Article 15 of the GDPR);
2. update, edit and/or correct their personal data (right of rectification, Article 16 of the GDPR);
3. request the erasure or limitation of the processing of data processed in violation of the law, including that which does not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data was collected or otherwise processed (right to be forgotten and right to limitation, Article 17 of the GDPR);
4. object to the processing, at any time, where the data processing takes place for purposes of public or legitimate interest of the data controller; for marketing purposes and/or for historical, scientific and statistical purposes (right to object, Article 21 of the GDPR);
5. withdraw their consent, if the processing takes place on the basis thereof, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent given before the withdrawal (right to withdraw consent, Article 7 of the GDPR);
6. in the cases provided for, receive a copy of the data concerning them in electronic format and request that this data be transmitted to another data controller (right to data portability, Article 20 of the GDPR);
7. lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority or appeal to the competent judicial authority.
