Auriga will attend the London event, dedicated to innovations in self-service banking, on May 23-24, 2017 at the Park Plaza Hotel.
Self-Service Banking Europe 2017 , which is organised by the British market survey firm Retail Banking Research (RBR) , brings together more than 600 stakeholders including banks, independent retailers, payment service providers, hardware and software providers, and service companies. The event will be a unique forum on the progress of the self-service channel and how technology is helping to transform banking services.
Auriga’s booth (#4 and 5) will present the most advanced software solutions for seamless management of physical and digital channels from the perspective of the integrated omnichannel bank, as well as previewing for the international market the new WWS Business Analytics Management (WWS BAM) module, the newest addition to the WinWebServer (WWS) suite. WWS BAM is a tool for analysing and monitoring all business services provided by banks, thus helping them to benefit fully from the massive amount of data and information derived from all their channels of contact. This new software module is able to extract, collect, process and analyse data from all channels used by clients, from an omnichannel perspective, in order to discover connections and to identify trends or useful segmentations to support business decisions and identify timely market strategies.
Auriga will take part in the “ Exploiting the power of ATM Software ” workshop at 2 p.m. on Tuesday 23 May, with a talk on the most suitable strategy and business model that can enable a regional bank, such as Banca d’Alba , to keep up in the new competitive race while preserving its own identity and its vital link to its home territory. In their talk “Making glocal banking a reality”, Mark Aldred , Head of Sales, Auriga UK, and Paolo Taricco Communications Manager, Banca d’Alba will show the importance of the omnichannel approach within the bank’s strategy to profit from next-generation self-service technologies, in order to serve clients more efficiently by automating “low value-added” transactions and freeing up branch resources for more productive consulting or sales activities.
Self-Service Banking Europe 2017 takes place at Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel (London).
Auriga looks forward to showing you its latest innovations at booths 4 and 5.
